Our prices are valid on bioeva.com and can be modified and updated without prior notice. The prices of our products include the ITBIS in case the products are recorded.

At the end of your purchase, you will see the shipping costs, which are detailed and added to the total of your purchase at the time of making your payment. The shipping cost may vary based on shipping provider rates, and specified at time of purchase.

Product delivery

We make deliveries only within the territory of the Dominican Republic. The providers we use for package delivery are:

Vimenpaq, BM Cargo, delivery.

The delivery of products has a cost that varies according to the provider's rate. To know our delivery costs you can read our frequently asked questions about transport cost.

If your purchase equals or more than RD$1,500, shipping will be free.

We deliver the products to the person who bought the product or to the people who the product owner authorized to receive them. For deliveries it will be necessary that the identity document of the person receiving it is the same one specified by the owner at the time of finalizing the purchase.

At the time of delivery all taxes, extras, delivery charges and so on have been included and paid. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

At the moment we only deliver to the province of Santo Domingo. We always work to make deliveries in the shortest possible time, our estimated delivery time for Santo Domingo is 24-72 hours. We start counting the days since the payment has been verified and authorized.

You can track your package using the tracking code of the provider of your choice. This information will be included in the confirmation of your order.

In cases where the delivery cannot be made due to external reasons within our reach (for example, there was no person authorized to receive the equipment), the procedure will be as follows:

  • You will be notified in writing and / or by telephone that the package has not been removed from the branch you chose and within 10 working days you can contact us to coordinate the shipment again. If it exceeds 10 business days, the package will be discarded.

We are not responsible for non-compliance with delivery times in cases of situations beyond our power, such as the person who was going to withdraw the package is not available at the time scheduled for delivery, natural disasters (cyclone, storm, tidal wave) or human disasters (wars, civil demonstrations) or by suspension of guarantees.

Return, refund and cancellation policies

Changes and returns will only be possible in the time that your order is pending or in process. Once the package is confirmed, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

In cases of defects or breakdowns of a product, claims will be accepted for a period of 2 working days after delivery of the package.
