Coco Jelly Don Coco, Sweet Potato Flour Eva and Pineapple


Delicious jelly to enjoy with our family and friends, easy to make.


1 1/2 Cup of Don coco
1 cup pineapple cubes
1/2 lb sweet potato boiled
1 cup milk
1 box of raisins
1 cinnamon stick
2 sweet bald spots
1 1/2 Cup of sugar
1/2 cup of water
1 pinch of salt


We bring the milk, the striped coconut Don Coco and the water to a saucepan over medium heat, cover and let cook for 12 minutes or so until the coconut begins to get tender, then add half of the pineapple and half of the sweet potatoes, cinnamon and cloves and cover again. While we bring the rest of the pineapple and sweet potatoes to a blender, beat well and add this mixture to the saucepan that we still keep covered so that our mixture does not lose the
hydration, after 20 minutes or so we add the sugar, raisins and a pinch of salt, we let it take texture now uncovered for 15 minutes or more depending on your preference. We rectify the sugar, remove the cinnamon and cloves and let cool.

You can enjoy this delicious and classic Dominican dessert at any temperature. 😉😋
