Ingredients (For 2 pancakes)😋😋😋
-1 cup of chickpea flour
-150 ml. (approx.) skimmed milk -Chicken breast
-Salt or sugar (depending on whether it is a sweet or salty recipe).
-Rugula, or any type of vegetables you want.
Beat the egg, mix it with the chickpea flour, salt (or sugar) chop the arugula into pieces, mix and add milk until obtaining a light and homogeneous mass.
😉Coat a non-stick frying pan with a little oil (I use a sprayer) and when it is hot, dump half of the dough quickly spreading across the base, lower the heat a little, curdle the dough and when it begins to peel off the edges , turn over with a wooden spatula preferably.
😉Make it a little on the other side, until it begins to brown and ready. It can be filled with the previously fried chicken breast pieces (optional "sweet ham or cheese").
Like all crepes, it can be filled with anything you want, both in the salty and sweet versions. To serve them, once the filling is put, roll the crepe into a cylinder and serve. It can be presented cut, as in the photo😋
